Not only did they come over they actually stayed in put in another exit line a different direction and stayed around to make sure it actually worked. "Steve, the owner, visited to see the job site first-hand and provide a detailed estimate/contract. This was provided later the same day via email, at which point I approved the costs listed. We set up a date for the installation, which required tearing out our old huge boiler. A crew was dispatched on the promised date. There were enough crew members to do the installation the same day, and they arrived first thing and went about their work very professionally. They cleared out the old junk, set up a beautiful installation of the new equipment, cleaned up after themselves, and that was that. They even discovered that out old gas water heater had not been properly vented into the chimney, and even though a bit of additional work was required to correct this there was no additional charge over the original estimate. <br /> Steve made a follow-up call the next day to ensure that we were completely satisfied, and we certainly were. Everything works perfectly, the house is far more uniformly comfortable with the new furnace, and the savings on gas over the old unit should pay for this in a few years at most. My only regret is that we didn't do this years earlier. <br /> I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Stambaugh's to anyone! <br />"

"Showed up when scheduled. Explained what he had to do and completed in timely manner. There seemed to be a disconnect between the tech and the office. Office quoted me a pump to be installed. When tech arrived he asked if I had the pump or would be purchasing one from him. I told him the office quoted me a price with a pump. The pump he installed was different from the one I was quoted and the bill was adjusted.  I was pleased with the service and would use again. <br />"
