"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "The whole process went extremely well! Things were efficiently scheduled, Tony Tan is experience in electrical, painting, flooring, appliance installation (including gas appliances), total quality was found in Tony Tans trades and co-workers. The whole kitchen came out beautifully! I am now in my 60's, and I have to say that Tony Tan, the owner, is the most honest, hardworking contractor I have ever used--and I have owned over 10 houses. He also never forgets a customer and their importance to him. This is one contractor you can count on, ALWAYS!"

"Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

"Great! G R Scantling had me text them a photo of the ceiling damage, they gave me an estimate and we set up an appointment for the repair. Joey and Nick (brothers) arrived promptly, repaired the hole with perfectionism and cleaned up the mess afterward! Not only did they take pride in their work, but they were very friendly. Couldn't be happier."
