"Outstanding!! Plumbing was done by Aaron Brown and electrical work was done by Daniel Roady. Mr. Brown replaced my plumbing which was well needed. The job also needed some drywall repair, and light carpentry also performed by Mr. Roady. The job was a bit difficult because there wasn't a dishwasher before. The new appliance went in the space previously occupied by my refrigerator. Mr. Roady found a way to anchor the dishwasher until I can get countertop piece put in. All the work was tested for leaks and stability. They left the workspace CLEAN! Southern Plumbing has payment options which make things easier on the budget. I will continue to use Southern Plumbing as a one stop shop for my projects. If I could rate more stars, I absolutely would! "Very Professional, from the Salesman to the Office personnel. I was told there would be a foreman on the site to oversee work to be completed, there was none. When the install tech cut into my supply line, vice running a separate drain line as I was instructed would happen, instead of a supervisor or other responsible person, a second tech was sent to assist with the install. NOONE from the company reached out to me in reference to the mistake that was made and no compensations were offered. When I reached out to my sales rep, I was instructed the production team is handling it. That was it. The install tech resolved the issue (that he created) and was very apologetic and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and made sure everything was back to normal and working. The first dehumidifier that was installed did not work. I had to wait another day for a second, new, dehumidifier to be installed. In the end, a one day install took 3 days (five if you include Sat and Sun) but everything is installed and working correctly, it appears. With the mistakes that were made, The company has a very good reputation and I would not judge just on one job, but things do happen. Everyone is very polite and professional and will answer questions if you ask. No one wants to deal with mistakes obviously. I would recommend, however. This company did the previous install on my house (prior to my purchase of it) and it is a very good quality install."

He worked tirelessly to get it done and then later when some of these lights went out, he actually came and replaced them. I was pleased with him. We checked out a lot of other company and they seem to be reasonable compared to other individuals that gave us the estimate. One had a really fancy design for the whole yard and it was like $15,000 and we said, "No way. What about these light right around the house?" and it was $9000 so this choice was a much better deal. He did a great job in putting everything in but the light bulb seemed to be burning out. He did a great job in digging, putting in the line and putting in the lights. A lot of times there are other jobs and it takes him a while to get here."
