"For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. "We had a very small roof area need to be repaired. I sent request to multiple company to give a service quote. Few of them sent me replies and stated that they are too busy to come. Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. "Wallpaper removal = A; plastering = A-; painting: C+. We were disappointed in the overall experience. They were kind enough and their wallpaper removal and plastering was great, really solid—but on the final day, they rushed with the painting to get it done on the original time frame, and while one room was top notch, another was above average, and the bathroom was very sloppy. There was wall paint on our bathroom tiles, vanity, and shower; unsanded/unsmoothed plaster chunks that were just painted right over and were unsightly and lumpy; peeling caulking; parts where the paint was crooked or misaligned with baseboards; paint dribbles on floor and utensils on counter; and they did a poor job cleaning up, with plaster dust everywhere, paint to be cleaned up in the bathroom, and paint and plaster dust in, on, and around our cabinets. One of the crew members’ painting skills was just rushed and poor and it detracted from the others’ skills. By the time the job was over they rushed to get out of the house and did not carefully complete a walkthrough."
