They have completed many projects/repairs small and large (full panel replacement after water damage to installing a exterior spotlight). "What I love about VMA is that you can get Residential electrical work quoted 2 ways: Time/Material (emergencies), or they can send a man out and quote the job. You may also take detailed pics, send it in and they can quote it that way. My old electrician they did everything old school w calling, & didn't even like emailing, but not VMA who texts, calls, and emails. 2 professional, Journeymen Electricians did 3 separate days of work last month at my house, from the VMA Residential/Service division. They replaced/installed 7 exterior lights, replaced 2 exterior outlet fixtures with Arlington housed outlet boxes, installed one new Arlington, extended light fixture wiring and 2 doorbell wires, and exchanged a transformer for a larger one, to handle the video loads from Nest and Arlo doorbell cameras. I purchased all the fixtures, & doorbell cams. They supplied the Arlington boxes. The 2 electricians were very efficient, quiet, fast and clean. They made sure fixtures were leveled, and working. One of the 4 glass sides of the exterior light fixture broke cleanly and they honestly brought it to my attention, vs just burrowing it. I just double taped it w clear packing tape, and he put the glass in the rear of the fixture so it wouldn't be seen. I didn't want that to hold up the light install, and will deal w the Amazon merchant I bought light fixtures from afterwards. I had a lot of other construction going on, and the 2 electricians were able to do a lot in the timeframe they had despite all the other noise/work/men around. They fixed cut outlet wires from a bedroom new window installation, moved an outlet 3" to accommodate a stud inserted to shore up the new window. The cut wires were a surprise, and to get the city's Wiring Inspection approved, Cindy the Svc Manager, was very helpful in getting the electricians here stat, & the Building Inspector also stat, who had a 3 wk backlog. I had VMA Electric quote me for a porch and their pricing was much better vs another electrical competitor in Marlborough. The guys are Journeymen level, so aren't outrageously priced like Master Electricians, in the same town, who I had been using. When the Residential side has a lot of work, they can smtms pull guys from the much larger Construction Division. In all, VMA had to come out 3 times, bec the work was staged in between inspections. I love their work and do not hesitate to highly recommend. Just know electricians are expensive, and it cost $2,300 total, up front for all that work. Had I used the Master electricians the bill would've likely been double, as found out they were double/triple charging me the town's Permit fees in addition to double all the same work VMA does."

"We were dealing with a relatively major leak in a very old tub/shower. We're planning on a complete re-do within the next few months, but couldn't survive as is and didn't want an expensive replacement that we'd just rip out in a couple of weeks. Other plumbers told us that our 3 handle set-up was just too old and couldn't be fixed, but from the moment Tim came in the door, we were in good hands. He told us he wouldn't leave until he had it fixed and he was a man of his word. He was able to rebuild stems that were at least 30-40 years old. He stopped our leaks and got us fixed so we now have months before we need to get someone in to rehab the bathroom. It's the difference between negotiating a rehab standing on a tightrope and negotiating one with your feet planted firmly on the floor. I have no doubt that he saved us more on the rehab than we payed for the repair. He also installed a new kitchen faucet while he was there. MillTown is now our first and only call for our plumbing/heating/AC/drain cleaning needs."

"We hired DiMasi to install TV antennas in our attic and run RG6 cables from the antennas to TVs on the first and second floors of our house. Peter DiMasi made a visit to our house and came up with the best route for both cable runs. His workers came a few days later and did the work. They were pleasant and worked steadily and quietly. Their work was very neat. No repairs needed in the house. They were good about cleaning up after the job. Reception is now excellent on both TVs."

"The whole process went very well... from the initial consultation until the installation. Installing the system only took one day and it works great. After a bit of research, the price is probably a bit on the high side but I'd rather do that and get the job done right. Recommended."

"Prior to installation, the representative (Norm) spent a lot of time researching the proper heater and calling manufactures since there is an individual with a severe Nickel allergy in the home. So any stainless steel tanks with Nickel or Copper/Nickel piping had to be excluded.  He never made it seem like it was a problem to do the extra work.  Also everyone I have spoken to in the office for billing or scheduling is so nice, that I feel like I would be friends with them if I knew them personally.  
Scott and Connor were the installers. They showed up exactly on time, cleaned everything up after the installation, explained clearly how to set the temperature and purged all the faucets in the house (which there are several!)  They were very careful not to set the old rusty heater directly on to the concrete basement floor and I though extremely neat!... I would definitely recommend Wilson Brothers to anyone in the Nashua area looking for plumbing (or HVAC as they have done that for me in the past).  I tired to tip both installers, which they graciously refused. I felt like they deserved a little extra even though they turned it down.
