"I reached out to 5 gas stove repair companies through Angi. 3 responded expressing availability. I chose one after looking at their webpage. They were scheduled to come the following morning the technician didn't show up, and I was unable to reach the company by phone. So, I called FixVerse around 1 pm to see if they could come that afternoon. Even though the technician was booked for that afternoon, he was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day at 6 pm. He arrived right around 6 pm, and he was able to confirm that all my gas top burners were working properly as well as the oven. I was renting my apartment to a tenant who was moving in in two days. So, it was such a big help to me that FixVerse was able to come when they did. The technician was terrific, very knowledgeable and skilled."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Installed a replacement bake element in our GE oven. Excellent service. Immediate response. Showed up when he said he would. Friendly and fairly priced. Plus he installed the part properly and quickly."

"My dryer repair was handled promptly and efficiently by Ken at Affordable Appliance."

"Joe was able to fit my in the day I called - everyone else i had called couldnt get to me for a week. He was respectful and professional and evaluated and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was clear that repairing the fridge was going to be more expensive than replacing it."

"I could not be happier with the entire experience with Appliance Repair Genie and especially Al, the service repair person I worked with directly. They were very timely in response, especially since it was 2 days before a household of people were arriving for the holidays with plenty of laundry! Al stayed in excellent communication, diagnosed the problem accurately and extremely quickly, went out of his way to get parts from a place rather than wait extra days for delivery from elsewhere. He even offered to work on the holiday weekend so we'd have the dryer working sooner, an offer we greatly appreciated but declined. Pricing was extremely reasonable and I would call Al and Appliance Repair Genie again in a heartbeat."
