We already have a showing tonight and didn't want the house to feel like a sauna. I explained this to John, and though he said he was booked out for weeks, he said he'd try to shift things around to get to me by 2PM. He called at 10AM and said he could be here in 30 minutes. He was very professional and pleasant to talk to and work with. He quickly found the problem and had the parts available so he was able to make repairs immediately. I appreciate that he explained how the original installers could have done a better job with the drain line which would have prevented the cause of our outage. He then proceeded to redo the drain line the right way. Would gladly hire Absolute Temp Control again."

"I can not say enough about the team at Revival Energy! I have been working with them for 4 years now on my 90 yr old Portland home. Ben was my introduction to their work with an energy assessment. I wanted to seal up all the drafty areas of my home and install central A/C. During the assessment, Ben quickly identified that my furnace was producing dangerous levels of carbon monoxide. I really liked his statement, “if this were a public building, it would be condemned.” In their busy season of November, they put me as a priority and installed a new furnace in under 2 weeks. While I don’t recommend this approach to get your furnace quickly, they recognized that I would have no heat and did their best to help me. I then installed A/C the next year. They did a very smooth install of a very efficient central A/C (Rheem prestige). With further house work, we had to move the A/C. This seemed simple to me, but I didn’t realize it would take them almost 8 hours. That refrigerant removal and refill is a slow process, by necessity! A few weeks after the move, I just didn’t feel like the A/C was working well enough (and in the hottest part of the year no less!). Their office staff and specifically the co-owner, Jim Ballman, fielded multiple, multiple phone calls and emails. Robert, their lead service tech and co-owner, came to my house to check it out. Luckily, the Rheem Prestige has a panel that reports error codes. I’m so happy I had this model installed, thanks to Ben! Refrigerant was low and rapidly addressed by Robert. As he got the refrigerant filled, Robert patiently answered all my sniggling questions. He was very gracious, and a very sharp fellow. I am so thankful for their patience, hard work and expertise in their field. It is very hard to find a quality company like this. Please treat them well, they deserve it!!! Thanks so much to Jim, Robert, Ben and all the office staff."

Setting up the appointment was easy, they called 30 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were coming like promised, arrived on time, and quoted me the repair price all in a very effortless matter.The plumber Jorge was a great guy. Very professional, outgoing and efficient. He even cleaned up his mess when he was done, not leaving a trace behind that he was even there, except for new pipes and the garbage disposal he just installed for me. "We actually had Tom come out to replace our aging AC unit and install a heat pump for the master bedroom wing of our home. The heat pump install required re-ducting of the master bedroom wing. The installs were done timely and professionally. In addition we had Tom replace our existing thermostats to new Honeywell Smart thermostats so that we can control them remotely. We would highly recommend him for your HVAC needs."

"<p>It went great. Installation required two days. The installers were professional and cleaned up well after themselves. The upstairs in our house has only one vent, which is insufficient to keep it cool in the summer. Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning (OHAC) suggested sealing that vent and installing a ductless unit, which would be capable of keeping the upstairs cool in the summer. The old primary unit needed to be replaced, and OHAC suggested a variable speed unit to replace the old fixed speed unit. Everything got installed on schedule and they cleaned up after themselves nicely. The new ductless unit required pipes & wires to run down the outside of the house, and they hid them with a  cover which looked good. The new primary unit is much quieter than the old unit, and both new units are keeping the house cool in this hot weather. They should provide a 40% savings in electrical use as well. </p> <p>The only hiccup was the new thermostat. It behaved strangely, and rather than spend time diagnosing the problem OHAC sent a technician out to replace it right away. The new units are so efficient they qualify for tax credits and rebates. OHAC completed all the paperwork and registered them with the manufacturers, so all we had to do was file the papers. This reduced the overall cost of the new equipment, which was great. </p> <p>We've been using OHAC to maintain our old heat pump for many years and were always happy with their service and pricing. This experience was consistent with that history. </p> <br />"
