We called about having a tankless gas water heater installed and Joe H. came out quickly and gave me a thorough and fair estimate - there were no surprises and every detail was explained. Anton made the arrangements to get the job started and mostly completed the following day. That involved getting a permit from the city; having officials mark on my lawn where fiber optic cables, gas lines, etc., were located; hiring a company to bore a new service line from the meter to the house crawl space; installing a quality 60’ pipe that will last way beyond my lifetime; installing an expansion tank on the water heater; and arranging for a final inspection from the city. Anton also installed a main house shut off in the closet next to the crawl space entry, which I did not have previously. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation.
