"I had a Clorox toilet scrub pad stuck in the toilet. I was concerned about the problem it may have caused. Nolan came out and look at the problem. He flushed the toilet a few times and apparently the scrub pad may have gone down the sewage. To be sure, he also used his endoscope to look at the outside sewage line to confirm the water is flowing smoothly. There was no charge for coming out for his evaluation. I really appreciate his honesty, rather than just trying to make a few bucks. Thank you."

"I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions.
