"Out of 4 bids on my deck, they weren t the cheapest or most expensive. They completely rebuilt my deck with both new Trex lumber and pressure treated beams and trusses. Their price was fair and work excellent!"

"Aaron was very prompt, professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. He removed a protruding bench-like structure from the entire length of our retaining fence which had become a nuisance from the adjacent neighborhood park and he disposed of the wood, etc. Not only did this improve the look of the fence, no one can sit on our fence any more! Aaron also replaced a broken board in another area of our fence and repaired a leaning post. His cost was very reasonable and we will work with Aaron again on our next project. We highly recommend Structural Holdings, Inc. for any fence and/or deck project! Thank you, Aaron!"

"They are very patient with their customers and pay close attention to detail to insure satisfaction. They have completely transformed my yard! I would recommend them to anyone."

"We needed a door frame taken off to get a new refrigerator into our kitchen. He quickly and cleanly removed the existing door frame. Since our appliance delivery was delayed, he worked with our schedules to get the trim out redone afterwards. Once we gave him the greenlight, he was able to complete the new trim out and paint matched. Highly professional, quality workmanship"

"He does amazing work and does it extremely quickly! Great communication between the project, I would 100% trust him with any build you have!"

"Project Details: Custom cedar fence with gates Replace large concrete pad Replace front door Replace basement windows Update exterior facade of entryway Overall, we had a very good experience working with Ryan and his team. We love the work they did. They charged a fair rate and did the work in a timely manner. We will likely hire Performance again for future work. Communication: Ryan was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and presented us with clear options and recommendations when needed. He even answered my questions that were unrelated to the projects we had going on. Quality of work: We were fortunate to have Ryan doing most of our work. He took his time and made sure every detail was addressed properly, from making seamless transitions on the fence to making custom moulding for our door. Scope and Cost: There were no surprises. Ryan kept us updated on the timeline at all stages and discussed how any changes to the original plan would impact cost. Our quote only went up from what was originally estimated because we made changes to materials and processes. Hiccups: Unfortunately, not everything went perfectly. After significant delays in getting our basement windows (no fault of Performance), the windows were sloppily installed by some of the team. Fortunately, Ryan came out reviewed the work and fixed everything at no extra cost. Now the windows look and work great."

"I’ve been dreading getting a roof for a while now. It has been an eye sore and I know it would’ve caused me thousands of dollars in water damage repairs in the near future if I hadn’t taken action. Trevor was kind, respectful of my home and took care of me and my family. A new roof can be very expensive but the team at sealed roofing gave me a great deal and improved the value of my home 10 fold. Would definitely recommend"

"Pedro and his crew were prompt, easy to work with, and completed a small but labor intensive cedar sidewall shingle installation. Two other ANGI recommended contractors didn't want to be bothered with this small two-day job, but were more than willing to bid on other on-site work that I wasn't requesting. I would hire Campos Construction again if and when the need arises. WILL REDO THIS REVIEW AFTER A NUMBER OF ISSUES WITH THE INSTALLATION ARE CORRECTED OR DEALT WITH. COULD NOT SEE THEM UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY IN THE DAYLIGHT."

"Alex was friendly and provided the lowest bid, but the project had significant compliance and quality issues. A 5-day estimate stretched to 8; while I prioritized quality over speed, the final stages felt rushed and lacked transparency. Most concerningly, the top step was installed at an 8.5? rise, violating Oregon code. Alex admitted he knew it was out of code but did not disclose this until we pointed it out. The resolution process was defensive and difficult. While early work was careful, quality declined on the final day. Alex recommended leaving one step sloped, then later criticized the look of his own recommendation. I had to personally shim and level a tread myself after he left. Additionally, the railing was cut short and visibly patched, and our hallway baseboards were discarded without consultation. To his credit, Alex offered to return for finishing work the next day. However, the lack of transparency regarding code and the inconsistent finish were disappointing."

"Matt is amazing. We had several projects and he did a great job with everything. Installed a door, reframed another, perfectly installed a large mirror and several others. He's polite, respectful of the work area, and talented. Highly recommended and would hire him again."
