"Chebo is amazing the attention to detail and making sure everything was done right is clear when you are working with him. He went above and beyond on my job making sure everything was painted including the foundation and gas meter! He also did some repairs to some trim and a small section of siding in the prep work that look great. I bought new handsets and locks for all the doors and he even installed them after painting the doors. What is even more special about his company being a local family owned business is when he needed help from a crew on the big days it was his brothers that joined the project. Amazing work the house looks completely new. I am absolutely recommending his services to my friends, coworkers, and neighbors!!!!!"

"Hired integrity construction to raise a small section of an attic ceiling to match the height and shape of the rest of the ceiling and to make a half bath bigger by moving a wall into some dead space. Their framing, drywall installation, mudding and taping were excellent. Their suggestions on how to make the bathroom bigger were great and resulted in a tiny half bath becoming a roomy one. These people know their stuff. Will definitely call them again for my next remodeling project."

We love the work they did. They charged a fair rate and did the work in a timely manner. We will likely hire Performance again for future work. Communication: Ryan was easy to work with. He answered all of our questions and presented us with clear options and recommendations when needed. He even answered my questions that were unrelated to the projects we had going on. Quality of work: We were fortunate to have Ryan doing most of our work. He took his time and made sure every detail was addressed properly, from making seamless transitions on the fence to making custom moulding for our door. Scope and Cost: There were no surprises. The work was some substantial repair of sheet rock, baseboard work and painting. He had to work around another contractor but had no issues even though this cost him (but not me) time. Nice guy to boot. I would not hesitate to recommend him."
