He voluntarily performed additional mud work when he noticed some imperfections that he felt should be addressed in addition to the work agreed upon. When we raised a question about the color of the paint looking different than the sample, he postponed applying it until later that day, when we were satisfied that it was the correct hue. When a large, bulky cabinet needed to be taken off the wall, his team willingly assisted. Charles made certain that the work was done perfectly. When there was an item here or there that needed attention, his attitude was unfailingly positive and he attended to it immediately. When one of the workers inadvertently damaged an item, his immediate response was that he would take care of the expense of its repair or replacement and he did. "Wayne and his crew did an incredible job. They took the master bath down to the studs and rebuilt it beautifully. They showed up when they said they would. They didn't change or try to upcharge anything from the quote. They came back after they were paid fully to install sinks because the counter-tops weren't ready when Wayne and his crew were done.

Prior to hiring George P.H.I.S's, I had received several quotes north of $30k and I was planning to do the project myself because I had done bathroom remodels in previous homes due to the ridiculous quotes from several others on Angie's List. Weatherguard did a beautiful job on my roof!  My home is an A-frame so the roof is VERY important to the overall look of the house.  When my last "lifetime" aluminum roof (designed to look like cedar shakes) was damaged in the April 2011 storms, I wanted to replace it with a more durable material.  I did some research and found Gerard's stone-coated steel roofing materials which are Class 4 rated but have the look of cedar shakes.  I had just had a very, very bad experience with a previous roofer who took my $12,000 deposit and never performed the job, so I was EXTREMELY cautious about selecting another roofing company.  I got a good reference from someone I trusted and Weatherguard did not disappoint.  Weatherguard's crew (led by Hector) did great job.  My neighbors even commented on what a hard-working crew we had working on the house. Based on quotes given by other roofing companies, I was very pleased with the price.  The overall look of the roof is even better than I expected.

I was also EXTREMELY pleased with the roofing product I chose, the Gerard stone-coated steel shake (website:  www.gerardusa.com).  My insurance company (State Farm) actually offers a premium discount based on the selection of this roofing material (they have a list of Class 4 roofing material manufacturers whose products qualify for the discount).  The rep for my region was awesome --- can't say enough good things about Aaron Leland.  I had relayed to him what had happened with the first roofer I had hired and he made it his person mission to make sure I had a good experience with the Gerard roof.  He worked closely with Weatherguard to make sure I was well pleased with the final outcome (both in terms of cost and performance).

"We have a huge amount of decking so we have had them out 3 times. They did a good job but there were a couple little things they had to come out and fix. They were good about it and we were really happy with it overall. They repaired our deck and did a good job overall. It took them about one day each time to complete the work."

"My exterior home painting went swiftly but very efficiently. Hugo and his teammate George arrived on Monday morning promptly and ready to get to work. They began my project pressure washing the home exterior, the driveway and my small patio slab. Tow rotted boards, one at front near the roof and another at back near the rain gutter were removed and replaced with PVC boards and caulked (various other areas of the hardy plank siding were also re-caulked). All windows, security cameras and light fixtures were covered and taped for protection from spraying of the paint. The painting commenced on Tuesday, the next day and went quickly but was very efficient. The guys listened carefully to my description of results I wanted to achieve responded respectfully to each of my inquiries/requests. They were careful to avoid damage to my flower garden and flower planters. My project went rather quickly and was completed sooner that I expected, however, the final results are amazingly beautiful. I believe our clear communications throughout the whole process is what enabled the work to progress smoothly. The guys returned two days later to install my purchased, decorative Gable Victorian Pediment (once it arrived) which completed the finishing touch of the project. My daughter and I are very pleased with the outcome, so are several of our neighbors. Hugo and George deserve my highest recommendation and positive review for a job well done. My Craftsman style cottage home is now a shining star of the entire Cul de Sac."
