"Krown Outdoor really understands customer service! Britt has been great to work with; we had to delay the install and once I called she worked with us to accommodate our needs. This is the second time I have used Krown and each time has gotten better. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quick and efficient process for their irrigation project."

"Excellent. Arrive, repaired, paid, no smoke, up front."

"The service was fine. They found some broken parts that they had to replace which they did. They came out within a week or two after I purchased the Big Deal. When they did find some broken parts, there were some areas that needed to be repaired and there were extra charges for that. It was not outrageous. They did a good job. They were pretty fast about coming back and repairing the parts that were damaged. The price seemed fair. They were very punctual and professional."

"Our home had roofing damage due to improper rain drainage. Jonathan Browning gave an honest estimate on repairing the problem areas and also fixed some framing around the front door window. His team from Quality Works spent Thursday and Friday fixing the roof and even came back on Saturday to finish and clean up. They were very contentious with their work and everything looks as good as new! I am impressed enough to invite Jonathan to come back and give me a quote on painting the trim on our home and pool house.

"They charged me additional fees, like $159 more, which I don't quite get. My repairs were very small but the quantity was right. I have a small two-storied house, not high off the ground. It has very simple access. I paid for the materials. I'm sure they didn't need all the materials and then, I got this other fee and I wasn't notified of it. The guy named Lance was pretty responsive. He communicated pretty well up until the moment of not telling me ahead of time of an extra charge. That, I don't like yet. But I have to research myself. I would say that was not good. They did good on quality. The way the bill came was not professional."
