"We had an issue with sewer line back up into our finished basement. I called this company and they came out to inspect the situation and give us a quote. I was very busy at work that day and couldn't be there to meet them at the property. They said, "no problem, we'll take a look and get back to you."  They called about two hours later and explained everything to me. They sent a video so I could see what was going on and the hydro-jetted the line to clear the issue. Then we had a similar problem just this month. I called them and they encouraged me to work with Dekalb county to get the line under the sidewalk and road cleared. The video they provided helped and Dekalb came out and did the work. Not many companies will tell you that they "don't want to sound like they're turning down business, but ethically there are other issues going on here."  The bottom line is they could have shown up and provided the same service again but they knew there were other issues going on and talked me through how to talk to the county. In addition, these guys always respond in a timely manner. if you call at 9 am on Saturday, they call you back. You send an email on a weekend  at 5 pm, you get an email back or a phone call. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers but they're honest and ethical."

"Of course, the heat went out at 4pm on a Friday before a long weekend (doesn't it always?).  I heard a loud bang come from downstairs.  I had heard it before, but the heat usually came on right after, so I assumed it was the heat just bowing ducts in our crawl space.  Well, this time, the heat didn't come back on, and I smelled gas in the house.  The smell cleared once I opened a window, so I had an idea it wasn't a constant leak, but I erred on the side of caution and decided to call an HVAC company.

I tcalled a couple other high-rated options here first (literally just went down the list), but neither could come out until tomorrow, at the earliest.  Considering tonight is dropping into the 20's, I kept looking to get an appointment this evening in the hopes of having heat tonight.

Enter Moncrief.  The woman I spoke with was great, and listened to my entire story, and had me double check for the gas smell to be safe, which was nice.  She said she could have a supervisor over to my house in about an hour.  Then she ran down the cost with me ahead of his arrival, which was a nice touch as well.  The cost was more than the other two companies I called, but I assumed that was due to the last-minute nature of the appointment, so I was fine with that.  The breakdown was $59 for the tech call then $41 for each 15 minute block of work.  The tech arrived within the hour.  He took one look and knew exactly what the issue was.  He did his work in a timely manner, then made sure everything was working properly before heading out.  And so far, things are working smoothly.  The 'bang' I was hearing was actually a few of the burners not igniting due to blocked exchanges, leaking out gas, and then that gas catching fire in the furnace via the pilot.  The reason it didn't catch this time was the mini-explosion pulled in a draft that blew out the pilot and burners.

Quite happy with the experience, though, price wise, for what the tech did, it's a bit expensive.  I get the $59 up-front charge for the 'emergency' call, but $82 for a quick diagnostic and some minor dismantling/vacuuming is a bit steep in my opinion, though from the other prices I received, seems to be par for the course.  They were professional, friendly, and very helpful though for this jam, so I'll definitely consider them at the top of my list for future work, so long as the price doesn't keep trending on the high side for future requests."

"Raymond, Jamie and Mitch brought in a horizontal drilling team and replaced the blown out galvanized main water feed from the street meter to the house in 8 hours. 80' of new poly 1" water line all the way into the basement with zero impact to our landscape (see photo). Kudos to the drilling team who tunneled under an old dogwood tree, under a concrete sidewalk and dropped the line right on the mark at the exact depth. If you want the best, call GForce."

"Wendell provided a prompt and excellent service. He got my drain completely clear and even added some additional service at no extra cost. Of all the companies I called around Jonesboro/Hampton he was the only one available immediately and he came within an hour!!!!!!!! Most importantly He was the only company that was cost efficient !!!!!!!!!!!!! 
He was accompanied by another gentleman; both were friendly, professional and got the job done effectively. He was also able to let me know what caused the problem, how I needed to remedy it. I was happy and highly satisfied with the service received.

"When you have sewage backing up into your tub you are happy when it is not doing that anymore. I called them and told them it was an emergency and they came out and worked into the evening to get the job done. They sucked up the septic system waste and said I needed a new baffle and the pipe between the house and tank was broken. Then I flushed the toilet and no water was coming out. They said they could shoot out my house sewage lines and it would clear it out. It did start flowing again much better but we were still concerned. They said we should shoot out the septic field as well but that was expensive for an additional $2,200. We called them back in four days and they came out and used their pressure device to shoot out the field lines. They then sucked out about 3,000 gallons of water and sludge. Three weeks later we had another backup of sewage into our tubs. Instead of calling them back I called a plumber and he came out and took a toilet out and used a big machine with a long snake on it to clean out our main sewage line. Apparently, the septic tank folks got some clogging out but it was still clogged but less so than before. Sine the plumber cleared the main sewage line out we have gone a month without any more problems."

"Initial effort to complete job stopped for good reason. Operator discovered a buried cable near the tank that look like it could be electrified. Placed One Call that came out the next day. Cable determined to be an old phone or TV line no longer in service. Putting safety first was the right call. Once cleared the job was done well and the price was fair. Inspected both openings and determined the baffles could go for a while yet. Appreciated that unneeded services were not pushed. Will call them the next time we need this service done."
