"We had an issue with sewer line back up into our finished basement. I called this company and they came out to inspect the situation and give us a quote. I was very busy at work that day and couldn't be there to meet them at the property. They said, "no problem, we'll take a look and get back to you."  They called about two hours later and explained everything to me. They sent a video so I could see what was going on and the hydro-jetted the line to clear the issue. Then we had a similar problem just this month. I called them and they encouraged me to work with Dekalb county to get the line under the sidewalk and road cleared. The video they provided helped and Dekalb came out and did the work. Not many companies will tell you that they "don't want to sound like they're turning down business, but ethically there are other issues going on here."  The bottom line is they could have shown up and provided the same service again but they knew there were other issues going on and talked me through how to talk to the county. In addition, these guys always respond in a timely manner. if you call at 9 am on Saturday, they call you back. You send an email on a weekend  at 5 pm, you get an email back or a phone call. They might be a bit more expensive than other providers but they're honest and ethical."

"I just purchased my home 3 months ago and it is about 40 years old. I had a problem that when I used the garbage disposal water/garbage would pop up in the other side of the sink. I called AA and he arrived on time, removed the trap under the sink and used a snake to clean out the main drain lines. It took quite a while as he told me it was very clogged. It now drains perfectly with no more problems when using the garbage disposal. When finished he reattached all the plumbing and cleaned everything."

He repaired and replaced the pieces quickly. A week or so later he was out again once the water folks completed their work and was able to fix the leak to the drain pipe, relieving me of the stress. He was punctual, informative, and FAST! I was very impressed and have called them twice so far. As a new homeowner I am happy to say that I now have trust that I have secured a company for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. It is a good feeling. "Very, very well! Billy had another job earlier in the day, but kept me aware of the situation and came by to take a look at around 4:30pm. While I was convinced the lack of water pressure was caused by the main water line from the street, Billy checked everything out and, in less than 30 minutes, figured out where the problem was located and what to do. And, of course, it was not the main water line (as I suspected). In fact, Billy figured out the problem and got the water pressure back on without putting a shovel in the ground!! Who knows what would have happened if I contacted a less-experienced, less-credible individual... Fantastic job!!"
