"Absolutely Fabulous! Great service and very reasonable priced. We replaced an old 14-year Noritz tankless with a new Noritz tankless and this company is top notch. From the folks answering the phones (Nicole) to the on-site technicians (Evan was great), we received 100% fantastic, reliable, and fast service. Anthony spent 30-45 minutes on the phone discussing various model options before Evan arrived to take photos and assess the installation. Evan then presented us with clear bids for 2 different model options and returned with a colleague to install the new unit 2 days later. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting a tankless water heater. We also liked how the bid and invoicing process was handled 100% electronically. We also received texts and emails reminding us of the appointments and techs pending arrivals. 5 stars all around!!"

"Very professional and quickly responded to my water line hookup. Called for availability and was able to accommodate my schedule. Worked with neighbors on questions they had. Would recommend and hide for future plumbing needs."

"We had a issue with our shower and regulating the hot water. We had Kevin put in a new handle and cartridge system. Kevin did a great job installing and cleaning up afterwards. Would hire again."

"The gents from Burris were excellent. When I called to have them check our water heater and furnace, they were very responsive. I was concerned that they might not be able to make it out the same day as I was calling in the later part of the afternoon, but they said that they could come that day at 3:30pm. Needless to say, at 3:30 on the dot, they were pulling up to our driveway. That in itself is impressive! They greeted me courteously, didn't chitchat or waste time, but went straight to work checking on the water heater (which had gotten wet during our last big rain), and soon diagnosed the problem. The burner had water in it. Since I was not over their shoulder watching, they certainly could have said I needed a new burner assembly, a new thermocouple, valve control unit, or all three (since those got wet as well) - all of which would have made them more money in parts and labor. Instead, they dumped the water, cleaned and dried out the burner, and got us going again. They even let us know that there might be a future issue with the ignitor, but that as it dried out, it would probably work just fine (they could have just charged us to replace it when it didn't necessarily need to be). They were ethical, actually did troubleshooting to fix the problem instead of simply replacing parts, and ended up charging very reasonably for their labor. They looked at the furnace as well, said they couldn't really get to a thorough exam right away, but contacted one of their associates who could. They went above and beyond in doing so. They could easily have said they needed to come back later - thus saving the job for themselves. Instead, they got us together with someone else, even though it cost them the $$ they would have gotten by keeping that job for themselves. They showed they were more concerned with making sure the customer got what they needed instead of keeping the money and the job. THIS is how a company gets repeat business! I highly recommend Burris Brothers, and will use them again for future plumbing and heating needs."

"The team of this company which included Samuel, Agapito and Sergio did a wonderful job. The job was really hard. It included removing an old water heater from a small cabinet under the stairs and placing a new heater which was taller. I am very grateful for their job."

"Excellent job! Good Guy Plumbing fixed my leaking water heater quickly and thoroughly for a fair price. Spoke with Robert over the phone and David came out to do the repair. Both were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I recently bought a new townhome and will be doing business with them for any future plumbing needs. Many thanks to David, Robert and Good Guy Plumbing. It’s such a relief knowing there are good, honest plumbers I can count on."

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"I was very pleased with the super job they did for me. They got right out to my house, had the parts to fix my leaking hot water heater, and did so right away. I mentioned the hot water shutout valve didn't seem to shut off the water. They also had a better shutoff and installed it at my request. They were very friendly and polite. Before leaving they recomended a way to get the mildew that had started growing on my wall next to the water heater. "I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER" !"

"Albano's responded quickly to my plumbing emergency. They replaced my water heater and cleared a drain stoppage in a timely manner. They are fair in pricing, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fast and reliable plumber."

"Also had them install faucets, do pipe repair, and clear drains. They were on time, easy to communicate with, returned calls in a timely manner, discussed job prior to starting, and looked for the most cost effective way to solve whatever the issue was."
