"I decided to convert my garage into a ADU building, to get extra space. I worked with Kris and his Architect from Creative Home Remodeling on the design and plans. After we got the plans approved back from the city Kris started to build my new space based on his design. We added a small kitchen with a living space and nice bathroom. It has become a very nice place and I love it. Thank you Kris and Creative Home Remodeling."

"I recently completed my home remodeling project with HIC Builders, and my overall experience has exceeded my expectations. Avi, in particular, showcased extensive knowledge and was an absolute delight to collaborate with throughout the process. The team excelled in providing precise estimates for both budget and timeline. Despite minor setbacks due to city-related delays, they made sincere efforts to compensate for lost time. Having undertaken multiple projects in the past, I can confidently state that this has been the most gratifying working relationship I've had with a contractor. Without a doubt, I plan to engage HIC Builders again for my future projects."

"We hired Ben to remodel our living room and kitchen, which included adding approximately 300 square feet, creating an open floor plan, and removing an enormous brick fireplace in the center of our house. From day one, Ben was amazing to work with. He was on budget, on schedule, professional throughout the entire project, and consistently anticipated potential issues before they became problems. His wealth of experience was incredibly valuable when it came to making decisions along the way, and he was always willing to offer thoughtful advice and guidance. His entire team was fantastic as well: professional, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. We couldn’t be happier with the results and our experience working with Ben.
