Ran equipment thru system and then went to up stairs bathroom shower and cleaned out drain. After interior drains were cleared used rooter tool to clear main drain to street. <br /> Plumber was very professional and provided tips as he worked. I mentioned the hot water shutout valve didn&apos;t seem to shut off the water. They also had a better shutoff and installed it at my request. They were very friendly and polite.
