"West Roofing came to us on the strong recommendation of our neighbors who had used him for two different complex roofing jobs on older houses. Joe gave us a fast turn around and started work within days after we signed our contract. His communication with clients excellent. He took time to review our concerns and explained everything clearly which was reflected in his contract. He was easy to reach and a joy to work with. I want to add that Joe was honest and forthcoming in his bid. He told us that there would be no surprise fees or extras once his crew started working on our house, and he kept to that agreement. I also want to share that he understands the aesthetics of older homes and works with you to restore your roof so it honors and improves those historic qualities. West Roofing came exactly when they said they would. They used laser leveling to repair sags and restore the slope and the rotted sub-roof as well as added a very needed additional drain.
