"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

The first contractor Todd D. attempted to do the job, but fail short on every aspect of the word "remodeling". Then I hired Kevin to start all over again. He was great and knowledgeable about the plumbing, electrical, installing major fixtures, installing surround tub, new toilet and very large vanity. It was very hard for me to make some of these decisions, but Kevin had the knowledge and sense of home décor. It was very easy and pleasant to work with Kevin. Kevin was always on time and very courteous. He cleaned up at the end of every day and asked me " Are you pleased with the job so far".
