"Their sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation went smoothly and most all the trash was picked up and they left my home clean. One old window was accidentally left behind, but they came and picked it up when I let them know it was there. There was a broken mechanism on 2 of the windows that were fixed quickly after the initial installation. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the windows and their customer service. Thanks Manny, the only thing that has me concerned is the storm door lock, he had to add pieces to get it to lock, eventually that piece or the storm door will have to be replaced, as Manny and I discussed before he left. Overall, itâ s completed and I no longer have to worry about it."
