"John Gambino was recommended to me on Facebook a year or so ago when I needed an emergency electrician on a holiday. He sent someone out within the hour and the issue was resolved quickly. The work was done to our 100% satisfaction and Bill carefully explained everything that had been done and why. "Suddenly I had a weird problem in my home where some outlets and switches on a circuit were working and some not, and needed an electrician right away. I called several based on their Angies List reviews. John answered my call, and gave me an approximate time when he could be here. He called later to give me an update on his arrival time. Upon arrival, John proceeded to diagnose the problem. He provided me the pricing in advance. He spent quite a bit of time diagnosing, pointing out some other things, tightening up some other connections, etc. He found the problem and fixed the wiring in the box, and explained to me what was wrong. John was professional and courteous. Highly recommended."

"A crew of four men, plus Mike, the owner and chief electrician, came.  I had bought replacement posts and lights at Home Depot.  They took out the old post lights and put in the new ones.  Several of the old ones were not working because the contacts (under the ground) had rusted.  The newly installed ones are working fine now.

"I was in an emergent situation, inexplicably lost power after mysterious flickering and dimming for a day. PP&L wouldn't connect me with a real person and ultimately told me it'd be 3 days to check on the problem. It was 19 degrees, and I had no power. It's just me and my two daughters approaching a January weekend. I was panicked. I went on Angie's list for the very first time, saw these guys, and sent out the request hoping for the best. Almost immediately, I got a call back. They'd already discussed and decided to take a stab at my issue. Within two hours, Fused was at my house and was able to see that the problem was pole-to-house wiring (PPL's responsibility), and offered to help make sure to get PPL to come the same day. PPL was at my home within 2 hours... and Fused didn't charge me for the visit. We've all been burned, some of us more than once, but these guys are decent human beings, and I would call them again in a second."

"We had Frank replace a chandelier in the kitchen, replace dimmer switches in our living room, install ceiling fans with lights and corresponding light switches in 4 upstairs bedrooms as well as recess lights in our master. He also installed an additional outlet for a bidet in the bathroom. He and Dave were great to work with, Dave provided quotes in advance and they were reasonably priced. Frank also helped guide our decision on some of the work and was very honest about what would and would not work in our bedrooms—even if it generated less revenue for him. We will definitely hire them again!"

"I generally really dislike leaving feedback. I find myself honest to a fault because I believe it's a responsibility to leave honest, accurate feedback for potential other customers. Then I go through this process of "am I being too nit-picky", "am I being overly sensitive", etc, and finally I don't leave the review because if it isn't good, will it hurt the business, or just as bad, reviews that say "they were great" isn't helpful at all....and so I buckle under the pressure of my own assessment. I say all that here to tell you I have ZERO issues writing this review right now. I reached out to Mr. Electric because a project that was supposed to start in August was bumped up on the schedule, and as always, I procrastinated getting someone to come out and move an electrical box and some conduit. I reached out to Mr. Electric on a Thursday, and the following Monday was promised someone (Travis M from Mr Electric) would come out and give us a quote on the work. Travis showed up right on time, and only was he super-flexible with whatever work I asked for (added in 2 outside electrical boxes besides the electrical box reconfiguration and move), they gave me a more than reasonable quote for the work and told me they could get the work done right then and there. My wife and I agreed, and the final result was phenomenal. Travis M and also Andrew from Mr. E jumped right in, and did a superb, professional job in a matter of a couple of hours. I would be remiss if I didn't say that not only was their work professional, their attitude and conduct was professional beyond reproach. To be fully honest, they looked and acted the part of professional electricians from a professional company. These 2 gentlemen represented Mr. Electric in a fully excellent way, and they will be my go-to for future projects. Perfect 10 out of a possible 5 stars!"
