"I had my entire roof and gutters replaced. Home Genius did a great job under what could only be considered unprecedented circumstances. Even throughout a global pandemic, an unusually rainy March and a ruptured appendix, the job site was always buttoned down and watertight before the crew left for the day. Brent suggested that oversized gutters and downspouts might be an open for my home given the size and pitch of my roof since I was replacing them anyway. He was right and they look great. I wasn't aware there were larger gutters even available. Brent also took it upon himself to go above and beyond by ordering matching black drip edge and vent pipe housings to match my shingle color. The roof and gutters look great and I get compliments regularly on it."

"These guys were awesome. Did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and even did some minor repairs/maintenance, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for gutter cleaning and gutter guards."

"180 Contracting did a great professional job with my roof and window opening repair. Great follow-up and done in short time. Already recommended them to a work associate."

"I cannot say enough good things about this roofer! He tore off my old roof and installed a beautiful new shingle roof, and we couldn’t be happier. He was professional, reliable, and hard working, and truly takes pride in what he does. It’s not to often you find someone who is this honest, dependable, and generally cares about doing the job right. If you’re looking for a roofer look no further! I highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again. Give him a call you won’t be disappointed."

"Prime Square Construction Roofing Specialists came out Quickly with a very reasonable quote on our roof. He showed up as promised on the day and did a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend him and would hire him again. The crew did a full roof installation."

"Lee is the best, hands down.  I own a rental property in Ferndale and the city requires an inspection of the fireplace every two years.  Lee is the only person I have ever used and he is always on time, super friendly, always does  a great job cleaning the fireplace and then cleaning up.  I've also used him for the random one off repair like patching broken concrete steps and also patching around the foundation of my brick house.
He is fair, has great pricing, does a great job, and is a wonderful guy.  Look no further than Lee, trust me!

"Extreme Exteriors did a fantastic job from start to finish. I reached out to this company to get a quote for the repair / replacement of my mother roof. Shortly after reaching out I received a call back from Jacob who is a real pleasure to work with. Jacob setup a convenient day and time for us to meet to take a look at the roof. Jacob being the professional he is took pictures of the shingles lifting, missing and moss growing in the valleys to share with me. After Jacob performed his roof inspection we sat down to discuss the process, materials and pricing for the job. Extreme Exteriors was able to come in approximately $300 less then comparable competitors. For insurance reasons I had a very aggressive schedule and required the roof installed ASAP - Jacob was able to coordinate with his crews along with pulling all the necessary permits needed to perform the job in the time frame I required it. This company does not mess around - the day after the shingles were delivered a crew showed up early at the house. Extreme Exteriors got the work completed in about 5 hours keeping the work area clean and they performed a Magnet sweep to pickup any stray nails. This company did a complete tear-off, installed GAF Snow Country Ridge Vent System, Front and Back Edge Vents, installed new drip edge and 6' of ice & water shield. They also install new flashing around the chimney. I would definitely use this company again for any of my future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to my friends and family."

"It was a delight working with Ben and his crew. He always kept me informed. When he said he would do something, he did it on the date promised. The next house repair I’m calling Ben"

"Zack did a great job with my new home inspection. He was thorough and helped to clearly explain what repairs were needed."
