The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". Sales portion and inspection went great. Fantastic everything up until the install."

"The trim installers came on time, worked a very long, hot day. They cleaned up very well. I was impressed because there was a lot of debris. The gutter installers only required an hour or so. Power is good with follow up, they sent a quality control person to check the work and also to talk about any other projects they could do for me - which is to be expected. The first contact was someone knocking on the door as they were doing work in the area. I was interested as I had some issues with the gutters."

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. "The exterior of my house was inspected and repairs were made on existing soft wood.  Preventative caulk was applied to prevent future damage. My stairs were not trimmed out properly when harwood was installed last year (by another contractor) and Wes and team trimmed the landings so they look finished now.  Great job, good price.
