"We recently used David Turner's company to remodel our master bathroom, and I couldn't be happier. I can be a particular, sometimes demanding client, and to top it off, I was working with him remotely from Alexandria, so there were many phone conversations and pictures exchanged with David who was onsite in Shepherdstown keeping me apprised of progress. David was on top of everything. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and regularly came up with ideas for how to do things better that aligned well with the vision I had for the room. In addition to solid construction, he paid a lot of attention on prep work to ensure the rest of the house was protected during construction. He was highly responsive, and the end result is beautiful. I can't say enough positive things about this experience."

"Although I chose not to accept the proposal from this company, I was very turnned off by how unprofessional they were when they received negative feedback. The owner, Roger, was very polite and professional all through getting the estimate, however, after respectfully telling him I would not accept his proposal because it was grossly over compensated (a statement backed up by multiple neighbors who had the same work done and another estimate I received from a different contractor), he immediately sent me an email trying to convince me that the contractor I was chosing was unequipped to complete the job. He attacked the contractor and insulted me by attacking my own personal knowledge. I then posted a review of my interaction with RCH on my community's private Facebook group. He got word of this from another member and immediately threatened me with a slander law suit (nothing I posted was not true nor was it disrespectful of his business in anyway). He sent me multiple emails harassing me about my post. He even tried to join the closed group but was denied immediately. This business is not recommended. The only reason I am not giving a complete F is that I hope he was just having a bad day and hope he can do better in the future to turn his business rating around on Angie's List. I truly do hope I am the one only negative review he ever receives. I wish him luck and the very best."

"Our son had extensive renovations done for his house and we were impressed by the quality of the work performed by Ilan's team of Top Leader Construction. So when we needed renovation of our library room we of course called Top Leader. The work involved changing the outed cabinet doors and drawers and brightening the room with painting all the woodwork including the wood panels. We had total peace of mind during the whole process. The room was sealed properly so there was no problem with dust and excessive noise. They even posted Covid 19 precautions on our front door for their workers. We gave them A+ for their job. After that they helped us to replace a small door to our basement which had to be customized because of its small size. It was done very well. For this job we had asked several companies and no one was interested to do it for us. So we fully recommend Top Leader Construction if you want quality job with no headaches."
