Because of the quality of his work, he is in demand, so pack your patience, and you will not be disappointed. We were pleased with his estimate and reviews from previous jobs and were able to have him start within a week of getting his estimate. It would have been shorter, but we had three solid days of rain. We agreed to purchase the materials and he provided us a list of the required materials. We did this because we understand a small independent contractor can’t always afford to have material cost hanging out there with no payments.
