We finally found Kevin and he said he was absolutely able to do what we wanted. From day one we knew Kevin was going to be our guy. Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted and more and stay on our budget. Kevin and is team handled everything from getting our permits to all the finishing touches. I didnt make it very easy on him with my changes throughout the bathroom part of the remodel but he never once got upset he just took it in stride. He made sure to keep me in the loop with every meeting or inspection. Him and his team put there blood sweat and tears into our house literally. I cant say enough good things about Kevin and his team. I have personally referred him to many other people and will continue to do so. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
