"Sergio and his team were professional, courteous, prompt, and performed high quality work when painting our ceiling, exterior painting of window trim, and doing minor drywall repair. They treated our home like it was their own and were meticulous with ensuring that all of our furniture and decorative items were well protected. His team was polite, hard working, and completed the project within the timeline promised. "David, the owner of the company called me within minutes of my inquiry. I discussed with him the exact repair that was required and he priced it out immediately with a price that I could not refuse. We discussed the timing of the work and I mentioned that there was snow on the roof which did not deter him from performing the repair. He set a date to complete the repair and he promptly arrived at the house. Prior to Cypress performing the work, I called 4 contractors and no one could match his price. I will use Cypress in the future and will refer the business to my neighbors."

"Austin repaired a leaking stone chimney and replaced damaged roof shingles, working into the dusk hours in 90+ Temps. It looks better than it has for years. The 'can-do' attitude, the respect for the customer and our home, and the friendly approach of the Ferris employees is refreshing and appreciated."

"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. I received excellent and prompt service at a good price, and couldn't be more pleased with Melissa and Dale. Keep up the good work and appreciate you coming out during the rain!

"Dave and Dan are true professionals who did an excellent job replacing a lot of exterior trim. They had to custom cut almost every piece and ensured that each fit perfectly. And their paint job far exceeded the original. I rarely make recommendations, but am making an exception in their case. You won’t be disappointed."
