"Excellent roof and experience! Thankfully, they were able to squeeze us in between other jobs and they tore off our old roof and put on a new roof and left our place nice and clean. I would 100% hire them again."

"They did a great job of the roofing and keeping us posted about how the job going. We will have no problem recommending them to anyone who asks."

"Definitely five stars!!! Stay Dry Solutions is one of the best companies I have ever worked with! I got four bids and Stay Dry Solutions offered everything I was looking for. Luigi Aldana and his crew were professional all the way. The presentation process was informative and indicated a high degree of knowledge. Luigi answered every question and explained every step in the process. The crew was amazing working quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. Every step in the process stayed exactly on the schedule I was given. When the project was done (and it was an extensive and messy one - illegal and hidden layer of wood shake!) the cleanup was exceptional. From Luigi to the work crew it was customer service all the way. I would, and do, recommend Stay Dry Solutions without reservation to anyone looking for an exceptional company to work with and quality roof!"

"The professional service of these guys was fantastic! Tyler the salesperson Was responsive and very informative from the start to to finish. Even though they were a few dollars higher than the other bids, I felt comfortable from the start that we were being treated fairly. The crew that did the roof were very professional and did excellent work. The thing I appreciated most was how well they communicated with us from the time they came to our home to the day they finished. Leon and his crew were always courteous and kind. Our roof was not the typical roof yet it was done with excellence!"

"It was excellent, I highly recommend them. They were here on time, finish in a timely manner, my roof was good, and working with the roofers was good. No problem at all."

"I had a terrible old roof that was leaking like crazy so I called precision maintenance and they gave me a fair bid on a new one. They were fast to get started on it and had it done in only a few days. Everything was picked up at the end of the job and they made sure my yard was very clean. The roof looks great and no more leaks! I would highly recommend them"

"Great. The repair in the wall was done so well that I can hardly tell where it was. The workers were also able to handle some smaller jobs that needed taken care of without any qualms at all."

"I run a property management business. Marty has been in charge of 6 roofing projects for us to date. 2 duplexes and 2 sheds got new roofs ( Rathdrum, Post falls & CDA) 2 metal roofs and 2 properties had maintenance performed to increase the lifespan. Marty is professional; there is good communication about when crews will arrive, when the material will arrive, any delays etc. The jobs were done on time, and fast. The quality of work is outstanding. we will continue to use them for future projects."
