"Allen assessed the situation in the shower and made recommendations based on his superior knowledge, which he also backed up with technical information. He was honest, friendly and spent a lot of time explaining things to me. I would definitely call him in the future."

"It went well. He did a good job of installing the window air conditioner. However, the trip charge took me by surprise. It was 1/3 of the total bill. I'm not sure I'll use them again because of this charge."

"I happened to be in and out of the house during the cleaning, I noticed that after 1 and a half hours all that had been done was 1 small room was vacuumed and the first bathroom was being worked on. I then re-iterated that the priority is to get the bathrooms cleaned and the floors done. This is definitely not unreasonable in 4 hours since many cleaners have done much more in that same amount of time. The areas that were cleaned were done fine, however, it was just VERY slow service. After 4 hours, 2 bathrooms were cleaned (just fine), a kitchen stove. Floors and living room seemed to be untouched (maybe vacuumed, but there was still dust and debris in main areas). 

I sent a text after the service, however did not get any response or action to correct.

Honest, friendly, skilled & definitely hard working, always cleaning up at end of each day. End result is solidly repaired window & interior walls. Vlad itemized supplies, parts & labor. "Had Greene Construction install egress window in basement. Estimator was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every option and detail. Installers were professional. They answered all my questions and made some alterations to where the extra dirt was put and provided extra tarps to cover the dirt in case of rain.
