"Scott responded within a day after I purchased the special offer for a roof inspection including minor repairs if needed.

After I responded informing him of the issue that I was concerned about, and that I did not have any leaks, he let me know that due to busy schedules and the weather it would be at least about 2 weeks before he would be able to come and check out my roof.

In just over 2 weeks he called and said that he was about to stop by. He showed up in about 15 minutes after the call.

He was very friendly and professional and quickly analyzed and repaired my area of concern. He then very carefully inspected the rest of the roof and did some additional gluing and even cleaned up some collections of tree droppings that were in a couple of areas on the roof.

I could not have been more pleased with the manner in which Scott responded to my concerns and the professionalism and friendliness that he displayed while he was here.

They didn't leave until the job was done to their high standards even if it meant coming back to finish some touch up paint. They also built a small balcony on the back of my house and when there wasn't any railing that would look good they built it themselves. On top of all of this their customer service is some of the best I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful I chose Simpson's Painting and Repairs for my balcony to be built and house painted. "Tim just installed vinyl flooring in our basement and redid our guest bathroom, which was a full gut job. He and his team worked day and night to get it all done in time for a party we were having (he was there till 8 pm the night before making sure we were back in business!). Our hideous bathroom is now beautiful, not to mention he came in under budget! The basement also looks great and he even repaired some of the damage to the walls that a previous contractor had done.
