"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"Recently upgraded our HVAC system which was a construction grade system about 22 years old. I contacted Haller Enterprises and received a very thorough and complete quote (Mike M. was my contact). He explained the proposal very thoroughly and and explained why everything was included. My furnace and AC were installed this week (by Kelly and Austin) and everything went smoothly. The installers were very capable and courteous. I would recommend Haller Enterprise to anyone needing help with their HVAC system!"

"Pretty sad. You might want to actually think twice before using them. The Service for us has been pathetic. We have zero confidence in their technicians and the company actually knowing what they are doing!! You know it is sad that you guys installed a garbage unit supposedly as a high end AC HVAC unit and a completely new heating system at a cost of over 25000+ and I continue to pay large service bills just 3 years later. $1800 this time. Really? This AC unit completely failed in less than 3 years and it was their supposedly “High end unit” ….a unit large enough for a house Twice my size. This has been such A bad decision choosing Haller as they have shown us nothing but a Pathetically disorganized company with service calls, and it’s been an even worst decision spending the money with them thinking they stood behind their work and valued quality products. Very sad!! I personally recommend you look elsewhere if you want quality and someone that stands behind their work. They’ve made Mistake after mistake literally every time they come out.
