"The very best experience! I have a so. With severe asthma and lately have not been able to control it. A friend mentioned having the house tested for mold and we set a company from home advisor who didn t show. I called around 4 more people 3 of which I felt like a number, to busy, very high quotes, and then I got Wilbur Hull. Explained what was going on and he had compassion and was able to come out for a test same day! When he got here he was thorough and I was willing to spend whatever to test all of the rooms. He was very thorough and explained after a free inspection that I could test but, it could and would be a waste of money if I had to treat when the results came in versus just treating anyway and skipping the fee of testing. It was a no brainer and a great feeling he went out of his way to save me money. I was skeptical on how it would kill everything but with research and his knowledge it really is a fantastic product offering more then just mold remediation. We treated the entire house for close to what other companies wanted just to test! His crew was above and beyond helpful moving things, explaining, and dealing with a paranoid mom. After they left the house smelled fantastic in areas once muggy (laundry room/mud room) and I could see positive changes in my son. About 10 days later cleaning I found apparent mold in a bench seat that would have been blocked/buried when they came initially. I called him to come back out admitting fault of it not being pointed out prior on my part to get a quote of hitting that spot I had blocked. He went above and beyond sent his crew who re-did it with a smile and asked about my son. A true family man, company, and crew. We will continue to use their service annually as precaution and will recommend them highly to everyone. We need more businesses like this!"

"The company sent a packet with instructions to provide samples from two sites. We returned these in the Priority envelope provided. Within a few days we received an evaluation of the mold. It does not appear to be a serious problem. I would have graded this work higher if the company had provided general guidelines for remediating the problem. We were relieved to find the problem not serious, but would have appreciated more clarity, such as a simple page outlining safe and unsafe do-it-yourself procedures materials materials. (Suggestions I found online, such as whether to use vinegar, bleach, etc., were sometimes confusing, even contradictory.)"
