"William explained the "scope of work" in terms that we understood and answered all of our questions. He sat at our dining room table and showed us via laptop a mock up of the different types of roofing shingles that were available. We were able to make a decision on color and type of shingles. He told us it would take 3 days and a dumpster would be there on day 1 to handle debris. They removed the old roof and put on a new roof, new gutters, painted chimney and installed new fascia! Everything was cleaned up before the end of each day. On day 3, I paid him and found some more work for him to do! Friendly, courteous and knows his business and everyone working with him had the same work ethic!"

The one disappointment was when I walked around the house and saw all the roofing debris that wasn't cleaned up. I had to call them back to clean again. They were not as quick to respond to this. I still ended up doing some of the clean up myself. (so many nails.)   I might use them again but would have it in the contract that ALL the debris will be cleaned up."
