"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"

"Worked with Andrew from the Latonia Store who actually came to the house with a variety of samples of vinyl plank flooring. Once the flooring was in we worked with Max regarding installation. Installation was done by John and Uriah. We were "extremely" pleased with all aspects of this job and will definitely contact Carpets Direct for our next flooring project."

"Awesome! I have used David and Fabulous Floors many times in the past. He is always super responsive and his team does an amazing job with repairing & refinishing floors. I would recommend David and his team to any of my clients!"

"Very professional from start to finish salesman was knowledgeable, installed in one day, just an overall great experience price was great only 9500 would highly recommend"

"I've hired Kraig and his company twice already. The first time was about 5 yrs ago when I was moving. He painted and put in new floors throughout the house. They found mold in one of the bathrooms and took care of it quickly, making it safe to be back home. When I built a new home 4yrs ago, I hired them to install the new flooring in my kitchen. I have since moved and plan on hiring them again to install new flooring throughout my home. I have been very happy with the work I've had done and would definitely recommend them!"

"Had them work on our fence. Was not provided a quote before work was done. Had the guys drive over 100 miles to get here without informing me. The work done was okay. The owner did provide a 5% military discount, which was nice."

"Very courteous and hard working. Love our refinished floors"

"Nick does excellent work. His install was extremely professional and quick. I will recommend him to everyone I know. The price was extremely fair compared to the three other companies I called. We have had the new flooring for over 6 months now and have experienced zero issues."

"A 2-3 day job was spread out over 10 days. It was hot when they pour the cement so it dried really fast and made the finished product not look as uniformed. I am still waiting for them to finish the clean up."

"Our floors turned out great."
