"Carlos came out and took some samples and had them sent back to a lab in Richmond. He called back in the allotted time he said he would and luckily the test results were negative. No further action required. He estimated about $1200 for the job if it woul dhave required to be taken out and said there was also a fee from another company of about $300 to test the air after the work was completed, which aligns to the other estimates I received. He knocked off 25$ from the testing since he was able to get the samples so easily. Very nice guy and very professional. <br />"

They retested, determined it needed mitigation, drilled a neat hole in basement floor, installed pipe that led to outside, fan, arranged for electrician, retested, and provided report - levels very good."
