They also tore out and installed carpet for my whole house. They were quick and clean taking all the old carpet and cleaning up scraps. The job was complete in just a day and a half. The biggest job Rock Creek Roofing and Construction has done for me is replacing my roof and siding on my new shop. The crew came in and took the old shingles off and started replacing them on the first day. They were able to finish putting the new shingles on and cleaning up the next morning. Most of which was cleaning up and making sure there were no nails or shingles on the ground. The gutters and siding on my new shop had hail damage and had to be replaced. Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. "Kevin came out to give us an estimate for new windows and my husband hired him on the spot. We told him that we wanted to get new gutters and gutter covers, but he told us to get our insurance company to look at our roof first before we discuss gutters, because from what he saw there was some damage. He did not even want to discuss gutters, so we booked him for the windows. We ended up getting a new roof and new gutters from our insurance company that they installed for us and they all look great. Bordner was so patient and Kevin worked with us while we kept waiting for our insurance company to release the rest of our money. He also helped us get the best rate for our windows from a reliable loan company. The is the first winter since being in our house where our Furnace is not constantly running, and we do not have to put plastic over our toddler windows. I love my big windows in the dining room and living room, they are so awesome. I also love how the windows are made for each customer specifically. There was a tiny hole in one of our master bedroom screens and when they messaged to see how everything was done they sent someone out to replace it. It was really just a tiny hole and I told them it was no big deal right now, but someone came out within a couple of days and gave us a new one. The roof is the perfect coke and matches the gutters so nicely. The gutters work so seamlessly now the water is not overflowing onto our windows because they do not flow right. Everything is so nice."

The customer service representatives from the office that kept in contact with me with updates were greatly appreciated. I apologize for not being able to recognize them by name but I spoke with 2 different reps. All in all my experience with Roofing Force was EXCELLENT!!! "Roofing Force was awesome. Always responsive during the decision process (had looked at 5 companies) with Doug. Roofing Force was not the cheapest, but after studying reviews, they were the most qualified in the metal roofing we wanted. We definitely got we what paid for. The crew immediately got to work on arrival and didn't stop until it got to dark. All the work was completed in 2 days. Roof is amazing and should save on cooling cost in the summer and more resistant to Kansas weather (had asphalt shingles). The seamless gutters are amazing and the rough construction they did for us to fix the fascia boards is superb. These guys are worth every penny and more. So glad we went with Roofing Force. Their expertise in both detailing the work to be done, helping with the planning of work statement, ethics of the work crew (simply amazing how efficient and expertly completed), the work warranty as well as the warranty on Boral Steel roofing, ensures we wont have to deal with our roof for decades to come. And we also got a bonus of gutter shields so I don't have to climb up on the roof to clean out the fantastic seamless gutters. The new skylights are vastly superior to what we had (recommended by our sales rep Doug). Don't know If I get to add a picture of the work done for us, however, we could not be more pleased with Roofing Force. Simply awesome to work with and the end project result is more than we had hoped for. As far as price, just a few more dollars than their nearest competitor, but when looking at how long Roofing Force has been doing steel roofs, and the length of time their work force has been doing roofing (the crew working for us had 10-16 years of experience per individual with Roofing Force - they knew what they were doing), the buyer simply can not get a better deal or end result. Would without hesitation recommend Roofing Force for not only roofs, but their expertise in seamless gutter and sky lights."
