"Took my insurance money and had skids dropped off in my driveway 6 months ago. Now the lumber supply company says they did not pay for this product and i cannot get them to come finish the work. Basically completely screwed me out of my money and now I have no way to fix my roof. I do not have the funds to do it myself and the insurance company says too bad so sorry about your luck. "

"Found out that our roof was not installed properly because they did not use washers with the nails. They also did not seal off the old vents properly. This has caused water leakage. Check BBB, this company’s accreditation has been revoked."

"The original project manager was good. He installed the roof, had a few hiccups, but I was satisfied until 1 1/2 years later when I got 4 leaks. Additionally, some aluminium was supposed to be installed and it still hasn't been installed. I have been calling since March 2019 and still no one has come out to fix the leaks. I only have a couple of months left until warranty expires which I'm figuring they are waiting for. I've called & asked the owner Matt to call me, b ut 5 days later and still no call. A roofer is only as good as his repairs. My advise is don't use Cat. They have no one within 50 miles to repair my roof. I'm very disappointed as I first thought they had done a good job. I had seen reviews where the owner was very responsive, but not to me."
