"I've used Kevin for over ten years now on many projects. So when it came time to tackle a massive, once in a lifetime renovation to create our forever house, Kevin was the first person I went to. When Kevin and his team took on this renovation, I don’t think either party knew how big a job it was or how challenging it would be. The team did a full gut renovation on our property, down to the studs, converting a three family to a two family to create a townhouse unit above a rental property. The job involved everything from removing the old horsehair alabaster inside the walls, re-framing floor plans, re-plumbing and rewiring the entire house to installing high tech HVAC systems throughout and creating a beautiful cathedral ceiling in the living space. This was a complicated renovation but Kevin partnered well with our architect working off detailed plans he had drawn up and had a great roster of reliable subs. Kevin was there every step of the way including some complicated structural beam and bracket work he had not done before – but he figured it out, got it done and done well. He even went the extra mile on small things like matching hinges to hardware on our interior doors and finding the right shade of paint for the stairwells. He had has a good network of suppliers he referred us to but was willing to work with ones we found ourselves. The job did end up going months beyond Kevin's target completion date which put a heavy strain on our finances and overall, it could have been project-managed better. There was some miscommunication which lead to unwelcome surprises when it came to the budget but Kevin was willing to work with us to come to a suitable agreement. But overall, if you’re looking for someone skilled and trustworthy who will show up when he says he will and care about getting the best finished product for you – Kevin and his team are it."

They actually hung some paintings for us because we have like a two-story wall.  We live in a raised ranch, so there?s a big wall that goes from the ground level up to the ceiling of the first floor, along the stairwell, and I wanted a painting hung up at the top of that wall.  And so I called Tom and said well who do you know that can do this and he said well we do that.  I said okay.  So he sent a couple of guys out, not only did they hang the painting, they re-hung paintings that were kind of crooked.  They just took care of hanging things that required going up a ladder, like a two floor ladder, a two-story ladder.  What they did was up a scaffolding and just did it that way, which is not something that a homeowner can do.  I just keep going back to LOPCO for everything.
