"AG CONSTRUCTION did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results. Aaron was very polite and professional, he worked fast yet very efficient with notice to all details involved. He repaired all the dry rot underneath the front windows, cut my overgrown hedges back located right in front of the windows, power washed and painted all the exterior wood and trim on the house and hung new shutters for all front windows. If it were possible to give a rating higher than 5 I definitely would. I highly recommend AG CONSTRUCTION! "They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. "They were extremely easy to work with. The project manager, I don't recall his name right at the top of my head, but he was the easiest person that I think I've ever worked with on any kind of company. Came in, they did quickly to assess the situation. It was a smaller kind of situation throughout because, like I said that company had project managers for doing it and so there were other people who did certain parts and they're actually the ones who took out the old flooring and dried out the flooring and then another company that contracted with the people that we bought the laminate from came in and replaced the flooring. They came out along the way to make sure that I was satisfied with the people who came out and moved my furniture into a storage unit on site. They could not have been more receptive to my needs."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
