"A&W representatives were very professional and provided us with a clear explanation of the damage and the options for repair. A&W worked directly with our home insurance company to verify the full cost of the roof replacement and that it would be fully covered under our insurance policy. The roof was replaced in one day. Their was a minor issue with the quality of the fascia that was replaced on one side of the house but it was resolved satisfactorily in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend A&W to anyone needing roof repair work."

"Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."

The work was completed within 2 weeks. Other contractors were anticipating two months completion. The work took only one day to perform (7 am to 7 pm), clean up was thorough. I went up on the roof and inspected everything. The installation was high quality: shingle placement was flawless and coverage was complete, under nearly inaccessible overhangs, neatly up to side wall flashing, around the new roof vents. "GCS did an excellent job executing a pretty complicated project. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. The bid that Dennis provided was very detailed and thorough. He came by several times to take measurements and ask questions about our intentions and goals for the project. He also had his electrical and HVAC subcontractors contact us to gather information about the project. It took about two weeks for the bid to be completed, which caused us to get a little impatient, but the final result was far more complete and thorough than any of the other bids we received. The cost was also very competitive. Work started soon after we signed the contract. Dennis did a very good job of coordinating the the tasks, including bringing the various subcontractors to the site in a timely manner, and within about 6 weeks we had the foundations poured and the basic framing done on the 8'x10' kitchen addition and the 16'x20' 1st floor bedroom/basement addition. Dennis' team were receptive to the changes to the plan (there will always be changes to the plan) that we asked for. The changes were documented, invoiced and priced reasonably. There was a lot of inside work to perform, so that took another 3 months or so. Insulation, drywalling, drywall finishing, carpet removal and installation, removal of the old kitchen cabinets and appliances, etc. Again, Dennis did a good job of scheduling the various specialists to come in and do their thing. Dennis was very responsive to any issues or concerns that came up through text messaging or by phone. Problems: Main issue was that the pace of work in the middle of the project was slower than we would have liked. This was mostly an issue with one individual worker. Overall: We are very happy with the results of the project and would recommend GCS highly. Attached picture is of the kitchen interior just prior to completion. It is exactly what we had envisioned."

"I received 2 other quotes before I contacted him that I absolutely could not do.  I kept getting told that because my home was so old and the door was original to the house that it had to be custom built along with the frame and would cost thousands of dollars.  I just could not accept that.  Richard came out quickly and looked at my door and told me he would have it done within the week and he absolutely did.  He found the parts he needed and replaced the doors and replaced some of the framing within 2 days.  It was a lot of work to do.  He and his other man were very polite and professional and I would use them again.
