He emailed us a quote (broken down into "chunks" so we could decide which projects to tackle first) within a few days, as promised. I was so impressed with him, that I promptly referred him to my sister, who needs a landscape overhaul. He began work on her property immediately and is starting on ours shortly. Roger can be a little tough to get a hold of, which is my only complaint, but apparently they resolved some phone issues they were having and he was very apologetic.
