"The entire process went well. We took advantage of their big sale promotion but were able to come in early and make the transaction without fighting the crowds. Their performance met all expectations from sales to finish. The price and quality of carpeting was very good. Installation by Dan and his helper was professionally done with great attention to detail even staying late to finish in two days. They solved a floor creaking problem at our expense. Clean up and furniture movement was very well done. I would highly recommend Kemp's.

The ladies at the store were very helpful and patient, as my wife and I spent several weeks deciding on what type of hardwood flooring we wanted.  We took numerous samples home with us, returned them, took more home, returned them, etc. The ladies never got impatient with us, and I imagine this type of vacillation by customers is common for them.  In the end we finally did decide what we wanted.  We paid half of the price for installation and materials to order the flooring, and the remainder when the job was complete.

The crew arrived as schedule each day and worked steadily.  They were very professional, personable,  and courteous.  The quality of their installation was excellent, and my wife and I were very satisfied with the end result.

"The crew showed up on our agreed date and worked very fast removing the old carpeting and tile floor in our kitchen.  They were very friendly and worked very hard.  They also cleaned up after themselves.  The only negative thing was sometimes the communacation about times returning could of been better.  Overall, we were very pleased with the products we purchased and how they were installed.  Our floors look beautiful!

"Mr Nuwayhid has been very helpful during both visits.  He provided me with professional advice about managing some problems with the carpet I inherited.  His advice helped me save money by taking care of one of the issues on my own.  He advised me about having the carpet cleaned as well.  I was not purchasing a carpet at his business but he still provided me with information and resources I needed.  I will purchase a new carpet pad at his business and if I ever need to purchase a beautiful oriental rug, I will certainly go to Caravan Imports.

The crew performing the work were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and offered useful suggestions. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves. I would not even bother going to another dealer if I needed additional flooring or carpeting. The price quoted for the work was the lowest of the others, and the outcome could not have been better. I highly recommend this company.
