"Air duct cleaning went very well. Face bowl faucet not repaired. It was suggested that I buy new parts totaling over$400. I just wanted a stopper replaced and a leak stopped. Not totally satisfied. Furnace tune-up and water heater check is set up for appointment next month."

"Our lower level toilet backed up and partially flooded the bathroom due to a clogged sump pump. I spoke to John over the phone and he tried to assist me in troubleshooting my issue. After that was unsuccessful, he came to our home within an hour to tackle the job. John's approach was to unclog the pump and attempt to keep the service cost low. However, that didn't work. He ended up coming back after the toilet backed up again an hour late. He replaced the pump and our problem is now fixed! John was extremely friendly and straight to the point.

"Took one day to replace the basement laterals with new copper pipes. Took a second day to fix boiler -- which ended up needing a new recirculating pump, costing an unexpected additional $900. Overall, the guys were professional and knew what they were doing. The quality of work looked good, they worked quickly and efficiently, and my water pressure throughout the house is a lot better now! Their price is definitely not the cheapest around, but their quality, expertise, scheduling, and responsiveness were all top notch, so I'd give them a very high rating.
