They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. Ramon came to survey the leaky roof the day that I called. He explained what needed to be done and gave me what I felt was a very reasonable written estimate within a day or two. He explained that they might find more damage once work commenced and it would cost more to repair. The crew started the work the day before Thanksgiving and worked throughout the holiday weekend to remove and replace four layers or shingles on my 1910 colonial. They also repaired the ceiling on the enclosed front porch that had severe water damage. The crew did a great job of cleaning up the yard and driveway and thoroughly removed all of the debris. My initial call was answered immediately by an answering service and I received a call-back later in the day from Todd, who scheduled a visit to my home a few days later to review the details of the project. The quote was returned promptly and while we had some back-and-forth over the need for some additional carpentry work around a dormer, I was certainly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness -- ultimately I decided to move forward with Ranch and was not disappointed. The project itself started on an extremely cold and windy day. I half expected a call saying that the conditions were too unfavorable for roof work, but the guys showed up right on time and I met the project manager (Dave) who gave me an overview of what to expect for the day.
