A new back door was replaced and its locks and door chains were changed out. All work performed professionally in the promised timeframe. In addition, we ended up having him paint both kitchens walls and trim. Also because the legs were rotted on the rear door deck we ended up having the deck reconstructed from scratch. Including the add on work not in initial bid. All work initial bid and the add on work was completed in the initial promised time date."
