They sell you the very best within your price range and do not try to get you to consider a project out of your budget. They are not HIGH PRESSURE sales people. I couldn't ask for a better company to do my much needed renovations. I highly recommend them and will submit pictures when the project is completed."

"Completely professional and honest from start to finish. I misunderstood his pricing when we talked on the phone. It was 325 to refinish the tub but removing the old finish was a separate charge. When it was time to pay I was surprised that I owed 50 more than I thought. He let it go since he felt that he should have been more clear. "Tony was great. Another contractor had installed the shower, and after a month, the cold water pressure suddenly dropped to a trickle. It's a Gabrylly shower, and seems well-made, but very few people have seen them before. Tony suspected that some debris had gotten into the cartridge. He suggested that I get in touch with the manufacturer, and call him back when I got a replacement cartridge. Gabrylly responded right away with the replacement, and it seemed easy enough (after watching Tony), so I replaced it myself, but it made no difference. Tony came back, and after further investigation, determined that the installer had not opened the cold water valve all the way. He refused to charge me for the second visit, even though it was in no way his fault that he didn't check the valves the first time. The cartridge seemed more consistent with a change in pressure, and the contractor had caulked the face plate to the tile, so it was not an easy matter to check the valves. My only regret is that I didn't hire him for the remodel in the first place."
