"The salesman missed the first appointment scheduled for 10:00 April 23 - received call from officie at 9:10 He had emergency.scheduled next appointment for April 28 at 10:00 and salesman showed  20 minutes late. He got stuck in traffic.
Salesman was very honest about the deal I had purchased the 6 landscaping lights for $649. I could take the deal but I would be calling again to add additional lights. His ideas were right on and what type of lights and where to put them. The job was scheduled for May 6 and it would take 2 days. They called to say they could come out earlier and they did and installed all of the lights in a day and a half. The lights look great and one of the lights went out just a few weeks ago and I called and they were out the next day. There is a 5 year warranty on the lights.

"Tony and AJ showed up on time. They were very friendly and got right to work. Because the original ceiling fan was not installed properly, AJ had to make do with what was installed in the ceiling. He explained everything as he did it and did not push for an option that I didn't want. The end result is just what I wanted. Both Tony and AJ were very professional. "Amazing work yet again from Marvin and his crew. They arrived promptly at 9:30am and completed the job by 3:30pm. They removed vines that were growing on my retaining wall, cleaned weeds and dirt around the top of the wall, repairs the stairs, and retaining wall base. The fixed wall cracks, removed the old junk filling, and installed wire mesh, fresh sand, gravel, and concrete. Previous estimates ranged from $9k-$45k to replace the wall/stairs, but that was outside my price range. Marvin recommended repairing the wall which would buy me a few years and get me past this pandemic. I’d 100% use them again in the future and strongly recommend them to any of my friends doing home hardscaping or landscaping."

Jason, called to set up an appointment for assessment of the generator/Generac he came out on time. checked over the unit and the last service date. ascertained the oil that was in the unit was the improper type, and supposedly having been changed 6 weeks before it was too dirty.
He quoted us a price, we had some initial difficulty communicating because of glitzes in the angie's list e-mail.
 He was very apologetic and offered a 10% discount because of the communication issues.
He was very professional, well informed and He questioned one of the connections on the generator, took a picture contacted Generac to see if it was going to void the warranty. (he did not install it)
He checked to verify the stamps from the inspectors and we found out that the company that installed the unit did not pull permits as they stated they had.
Jason went so far as to check the permits with AAcounty and e-mailed me a copy of the last permit that had been pulled for our address.
He presented himself very professionally, personable and more than willing to educate us our generator.
