They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. We had a pretty major remodel which was a taking a wall out of the kitchen to open it up to the dining/living area. This include removing cabinets, adding cabinets, refinishing cabinets, adding new beams for structural bracing, re-texturing and painting wall, adding light fixtures, etc. We also had an existing porch expanded and enclosed for a sun-room at the same time the kitchen was coming together. The kitchen and sun-room both turned out great!"
