They were at my house in less than an hour and less than an hour later my AC was cooling. Dylan stayed long enough to check the air temperature coming out of the vents. My cleaning service recommended that I have my ducts cleaned. Strickland did it and I'm very pleased. The dark gray dirty interior of the air returned to a silvery color of the original duct. Air is now much cleaner in the house from a better filter system, uv light in the intake and the clean ducts."

They provided same-day service (at end of June!) when the largest AC Service provider (you would recognize their name) could not schedule an appointment less than 10 days out. On top of that, Prime AC ended up replacing a 2.5 year old system which the "largest AC Service provider" installed previously which had a 1-year labor warranty. Watch out for those 1-year labor warranties, because it means the provider has no confidence in what they are installing! Prime AC recommended a solution to address the specific needs of my problem with a ten-year warranty, parts AND LABOR! They were very thorough with the install and the system works great. I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing AC issues. They are honest, hard-working, and reasonable...nice to see that still exists in some AC companies."
