"I contacted the owner Greg and he promptly scheduled a time to provide a free estimate for a new irrigation system. Greg was timely, professional and very knowledgeable of the new products and technologies offered for automatic irrigation systems.  I was provided a detailed contract including equipment list, 1 year warranty on labor and workmanship and a 5 year warranty on parts. The installation costs seemed reasonable, but more importantly the quality of their work is excellent!  I got a kick out of another review that commented on the motley crew that does the installs. "I needed to fix the vacuum back pressure valve on my underground sprinkler system. I talked to Ted at Fliers and he was able to help me identify the valve manufacturer...as the label on the valve had worn off. Once that was done he made sure they had the parts in stock so I didn't make the 30 mile drive of nothing. He had the parts waiting for me behind the counter. Ted also spent a lot of time with me explaining what not to do this coming fall to make sure the system was drained properly so I didn't have to replace this valve again. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me. He also explained that they are always willing to work with you over the phone to provide assistance. <br /> It was worth the 60 mile round trip to work with Ted. "We were looking for a company to install underground irrigation, before our hydro seed was put in.   I called serveral companies and they all had great offers, but I went with quality over cost at this point.   I sent out a request on the thier website and got a response back within 24hrs from the lead contracters Mike Scheper and asked for a little bit of information and what we were looking for. <br /> About a week later Mike came out to my home and did a survey of the property and meet up with me explaining in detail what to expect before and after the installation is performed and some of the services they provide.   He let me with a brochure and a bunch of information about thier company, product information and the quote with many options to choose from.  <br /> About a month later we came back to Mike and decided they would be the best option . We immediatly schedualed an appotiment for them to come out and do the work.  On the day of the installation, they came out as schedualed and performed top notch work.  It took them about 8hrs from start to finish.  When they were completed they performed a demonstration of the system and explained to me how everything works.   <br /> I would recommend them to anyone looking for irrigation or any landscaping that needs to be done. <br />"

"After trying the local town groups and getting nowhere, I went on Angie's List and started there. Within less than a day, I received a message back with questions as to what my problem was. I explained what was going on, sent him the necessary paperwork on my pump, and he was here in two days and fixed the problem. Mike was great at explaining what he was doing, showed me exactly what was wrong (the pump was cracked in two places), fixed the problem, and didn't leave until he knew everything was working correctly.
